Matt Hayes

Matt has been involved in the music industry for 15 years, and 10 of those years have been dedicated to engineering (recording and mixing). Originally, he started out as a musician before becoming involved behind the scenes in recording studios. He realized his calling for a professional career in music after graduating with a B.B.A. from Florida International University in 2004.  He enrolled at SAE Institute of Technology in Miami and earned an Audio Technology Diploma in 2006.  Since then, Matt has also earned a Waves certification, a Pro Tools User certification, and is a voting member for The Grammys.  With an impressive and diverse list of clients, Matt Hayes brings a solid engineering presence to Atlanta’s music industry. 

Additionally, Matt is a Certified Higher Education Professional, and an Avid Certified Pro Tools Instructor.  He puts these certifications to good use as an audio instructor for SAE Institute of Technology in Atlanta, and has been teaching for almost 10 years.
